RESERVATION POLICIES


1.- Both parties agree that "THE CLIENT" when requesting his transportation and hotel reservation at the office, email, telephone, WhatsApp, social networks, received clear, precise and sufficient information about the contracted service, which was explained the quality conditions applicable to the provision of the service that they acquire, prices and rates, and that they accept the conditions and terms of this contract, which they undertake to sign no later than 15 days before the trip takes place.

2.- They agree that the minimum advance payment for the reservation of transportation and hotel will be $1,000.00 pesos (MIL 00/100 MN) or the one indicated OPTUR TRAVEL which is not refundable, as well as the advances and payments given, in case of cancellation by the "CLIENT"

3.- They agree that the amount of the rest of the trip will be made by "THE CLIENT" no later than 15 days prior to the departure date or within the period set by OPTUR TRAVEL

4.- They agree that "THE CLIENT" must inform OPTUR TRAVEL the existence of minors at the time of booking, otherwise they will not be accepted

5.- They agree that in the event that "THE CLIENT" suffers and/or due to any health circumstance (use of crutches, fractures or sprains, obesity, anxiety disorders and need for space) supposes the impossibility of occupying a single place bus without causing inconvenience to other passengers "THE CLIENT" must buy the next seat for their comfort and that of other passengers

6.- They agree that OPTUR TRAVEL is only an intermediary between the passenger and the bus for which it reserves the right to change
seats, and if applicable, apply an additional charge of 20% of the fare if the client does not timely pay for the trip on time
limit set by OPTUR TRAVEL that it has the obligation to supervise that all the needs and conditions object of this contract
are covered in their entirety.

7.- They agree that OPTUR TRAVEL It is only an intermediary between the guest and the hotel, for which the right to make changes is reserved.

"CLIENT" the management fees and additional charges for the changes made.

9.- They also agree that "THE CLIENT" has the obligation to provide the authentic data, related to the name, surnames, sex, age and
address of the passengers and hotel guests, as well as the necessary information for the preparation of their transportation and hotel coupons
relieving OPTUR TRAVEL of any responsibility for the changes that are made due to the badly provided data.
